Exchanges and Returns

TAI DAI values ​​the satisfaction of its customers and therefore provides the Exchange and Returns Policy for our online store in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. We accept returns for any reason within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order, for exchanges the accepted period is up to 30 calendar days.

Your product can be exchanged for another color of the product or for any other piece on the website or in our physical store that you wish.

If you prefer, you can also choose to keep a VALE credit in our online store, this period can be used on the website or in our physical store whenever you want through a coupon and will not expire.

Parts purchased at multi-brands representing TAI DAI can only be exchanged at the multi-brands themselves.

Deadlines

Exchange – within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase.

ATTENTION: Exchanges or returns received after the above deadline will not be accepted.

Exchange and Returns Policy

Only returned items will be accepted for exchanges and returns:

• With TAI DAI labels and seals;
• In original packaging, bags, undamaged.
• Unused, without stains or damage.

Exchanging or Returning your Part

To make your exchange, contact contato@taidai.com.br by email explaining the reason for your exchange and providing the following information:

1) Full name;
2) CPF or CNPJ;
3) Order number and date;
4) Part reference;

After sending the email, we will contact the customer to make the exchange.

Defects

In case of product defect, please contact us by email contato@taidai.com. Informing the following data:

1) Full name;
2) CPF or CNPJ;
3) Order number and date;
4) Part reference;

The product will be analyzed for exchange with a period of 30 days for the solution, starting from the day we receive the product from the customer. This period may be extended by a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 180 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code;

As soon as it is proven that the defect was not caused by the fault or misuse of the consumer or third parties, the product will be returned.

ATTENTION : If these conditions and steps are not followed, the product will be immediately returned to the customer.

Freight

Exchange: TAI DAI will be responsible for the shipping cost in cases of exchange due to a product defect or a product delivered that is different from the product purchased.

Your first exchange is free! If you need to make a second exchange just because you want another one of a different color, model, etc., the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Returns: When contacting us by email, a reverse logistics code will be sent to return the product.

Delivery policy

The TAI DAI Virtual Store accepts orders and makes deliveries throughout Brazil through the Post Office. The shipping rate is calculated according to the weight of the products purchased, which vary according to the method chosen for delivery: Pac and Sedex; and recipient's ZIP code.

Products are shipped within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. The packaging in which the products are sent is appropriate to them and carefully considered in terms of design, size and material.

The tracking code is made available to the customer on their page on our website. With the code, the customer can access where their order is located.

Note : there must be someone at the designated location to receive the product when it arrives at its destination, as a signature is required to prove delivery. If the Post Office is unable to deliver by the third attempt, the order may return to the Post Office close to your address and be picked up there, and may also immediately return to TAI DAI and a new calculation and shipment of freight combined with the client.
